Domaine Tabordet is preparing for the next generation to take the reins of the family estate. Gaël, the son of Yvon and Marius, who themselves took over the domaine from Marius’ parents, draws upon the experiences of the generations before him to take the business forward.
The Pouilly-Fumé produced at Domaine Tabordet comes from vines planted on clay-limestone soils. A highly expressive, zesty wine, its citrus notes give way to a lively, crisp and young mouthfeel with exquisite fruity aromas. Fresh and easily quaffable, this wine is fresh, youthful and best enjoyed as an aperitif or with fresh shellfish or seafood.
