Domaine Fabrice Gasnier has been situated in the small village of Cravant-Les-Coteaux for the last four generations. The great grandfather of Fabrice had three hectares of vines, his grandfather had 15. Since then, the domaine has expanded through the acquisition of several parcels of vines and spreads across a total of 30 hectares, all of which is Cabernet Franc.
Fabrice Gasnier prefers to cultivate his vines in a natural way. Since 2000, the domaine has been managed as organic and has thus acquired the “Ecocert” certification. Curious about this method of viticulture, Fabrice went even further to discover the benefits of biodynamics and today the estate is also fully certified under Demeter.
