Dominique Joseph brings his own personal touch, mixed in with the influence of the four previous generations before him, to manage the domaine and produce carefully crafted wines. In 1990, he took over Le Petit Saint Vincent after years of learning the ropes alongside his family.
The vines are aged between 30 to 80 years old. Inter row cover crops, pruning, debudding, shoot thinning and leaf plucking all important processes that allow the grapes to grow and mature throughout the season. The entire vineyard is hand harvested, making it possible to sort the fruit completely before it goes into tank. The domaine is currently converting to organic viticulture.
