Father-and-son winemakers for more than three generations, Domaine Merieau stretches across more than 35 hectares. The domaine is situated at St Julien de Chédon, on the left side of the Cher River, five kilometers from Montrichard and 35 kilometres south of Blois. Mixtures of both old and young vines are planted. The cellar, dug into the rock face, plays host to the numerous barrels and bottles which lay within its confines to fully develop and come into their own.
